August 2011 - We own The Mill, Stonehouse!

For some time we have been looking for a suitable property to move into. Finally, after several false starts, we have purchased The Mill and warehouse near Stonehouse thanks to a huge helping hand from our parent company Panther Securities.

The property has had expensive renovations done in the recent past and comprises four floors (including the ground floor). Each floor benefits from air conditioning and is serviced by an eight person lift. The Mill is 13,470 ft2 (1,251.54 m2) and has an additional industrial warehouse of 12,170 ft2 (1,130.65 m2). MRG will not require all of this space and hopes to let some of it out to other businesses.

Upper Mills Estate is situated on the south side of Bristol Road approximately half a mile from Stonehouse. Junction 13 of the M5 motorway is approximately two miles west.
