Scheduling
One of the most powerful aspects of iMeRGe is its ability to schedule the display of pages for any period. Booked events are created anytime in advance and inserted into the meeting room schedule with their date and time. A short description can be inserted to inform viewers of the purpose of the meeting.
Grouping
Screens installed across the estate can be grouped to service the different requirements of the events taking place. So, a venue that has multiple access points can arrange the messages to suit their individual requirements. Central control of these screens offers widespread advantages and eliminates duplicated effort.
Preparation Time
Preparation time has been designed to provide a space in between meetings to allow for all room materials to be refreshed and the room tidied before the start of the next meeting. A countdown to the start of the meeting is provided to ensure everyone is clearly aware of the programmed start time.

Public Views
Summary Screen
This screen has been designed to replace the ‘front of house’ pegboard with a summary of the events booked for the day. The room with its ‘subject’ is clearly defined as is the start time. High-resolution screens in landscape or portrait formats are available in variable sizes to suit their application and your own specific needs. Directional arrows can be employed to guide the delegates to their meeting rooms. Larger venues may choose to reinforce existing signage by employing a series of screens leading the delegates through to their designated meeting place. Use of the scrolling line facility draws attention to additional messages you wish to display.
Room Screen
Displayed on a full size screen or door card the information on display is completely under your control. Background images and logos are easily added to brand, personalise or just create a visual splash to catch the visitor’s eye. Multiple pages can be added into a carousel to increase interest and awareness of the viewer. All output has animation, video and Flash capability.
